I went for the talk by Branding expert Geert van Kuijk from Chemistry, he speaks about the power of the brand and the power of emotions in branding. It's something that goes beyond Logo.

I went for another talk by Chris Lee the founder and Creative Director of Asylum, a creative company, he talk about Building Iconic Brand and it seems that there is similarities in the previous talk about "Emotions", it really interesting that advertising is similar to Film too.

What an interesting Saturday... today went for a talk by Edmund Shern the founder of Storm Lion while also the Chief Operating Officer of Hollywood-based Radical Films, through this talk i have learn allot on how Hollywood films and comic works and also gain access the Pre-production of a on going feature film. how awesome is that.

After the talk, I went to esplanade library to watch the screening of Animation Nation 2009, the screening was great, it gives some new inspiration on a new story.

Congratulation to Mr Srinivas Bhakta for winning the 1st prize for Digicon 2009!

It's has being a few months since i update this blog.. during this few months a lot of thing has happen.

Recently i got my grades... but I'm not satisfied with it, i guess it's time to revised my learning syllabus so that i can stay ahead and be competitive. My current goal is to aim for all A*s in this coming semester.

I took my assignment work and created a Storyboard video. it may not be perfect but at least it's a start on my progress on improving.

It's has been a while since i updated my blog here lol, now in school doing my research for my assignments.

A Senior animator from Bluesky studios came to school to give a talk, it's great to have a chance to meet an animator from Bluesky.. my dream job either in Dreamworks or Bluesky. i better start doing research on this two animation company, hopefully i could get a job there in the future.

meet up with Gerald and Tong Hwee to discuss on the communication skills project, i was suppose to meet them at 9am in national library but i woke up late around 10am.. thank god they waited 2 hours for me in the library.

Today still doing the assignments and updating this blog.

My first entries here, another sleepless night as usual, today starting school..in 4 hours time. As for the header image i'm still doing the digital painting since 2 weeks ago, i guess i'm too slow.
Just hoping to complete it soon and i will try to updated this blog whenever i can.
